Hi BOTTers,

You know that I'm a quote junkie and I saw this one so I wanted to share it with you.  It doesn't mention us BOTTers by name but it certainly could!

Good morning Cathy and Botters!
Happy Friday!  I don't know about everyone else but this week went by so fast.  I feel like summer is half way over.  I will be working out later is a.m.  My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/h.l. fit granola
Snack - click
Lunch - T.J.'s chicken salad on salad
Snack - watermelon
Dinner - T.J.'s buffalo burger w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

Wow Deb, your menu for the day looks yummy. Today has just been a Monday from the word "GO". I didn't get time to pack my food and the water cooler at work broke so I ran to the convienence store for waters to get me through the day.

Cardio: Taking dogs to the dog park after work
Food:

B-Egg, turkey sausage & hash brown
S-2 Babybel lights
L-No idea, probably Subway when I go to pay bills
S-Almonds
D-Turkey Chili

Haven't had time to log my food, maybe later I will get it done to figure out what kind of damage I did.

Good morning fellow BOTTers.

Had to work last night so kind of tired right now. This will be a very packed weekend. My sister and her family are coming in today from Memphis. Today will be spent cleaning and then visiting. Don't know what the food will be but I promise to make healthy choices. Have a GREAT weekend and stay BOT!

Hey everyone!!! Hope everyone has an exciting/relaxing weekend planned. I'm celebrating the fact I managed to stay within my calorie and protein limits yesterday even after a change in dinner plans. And also, I didn't have ANY of the sooo deliciouslooking brownie that was ordered for dessert. The waiter brought spoons for everyone, and I promptly put mine in the butter so I wouldn't be tempted.

Today I am having an off-BOTT day. Some friends are getting together for drinks and dinner at a place that is not very WLS friendly. I plan on drinking most of my calories  tonight, which I know is a bad thing to do but...

Everyone be safe and have a great weekend. I'll be BOTT tomorrow.

I like your idea about sticking your spoon in butter.  I always dump my stuff in water and watch it drown.

I am so excited - today was the first session of the bariatric maintenance group I'm starting (SUCCESS "R" US)  Not as many as I'd hoped, but there were some and that's what counts.  To get everything ready I was running (well, not exactly running - climbing is the word) up and down stairs here at work and then there's still the 6 flights to climb when I get home.  So am well exercised today.

My food is going perfectly and the weekend looks clear and easy.
