For All of Us...

This is for all of us that are frustrated, angry, disgusted, having a pity-party or just down in the dumps.  I was all of the above earlier this week, and had to regroup and get myself together why?  Because I'm human, and I have a food addiction, weakness whatever you want to call it.  Coming here to this site or any other site on OH makes us human, being able to vent and share my feeling helped me through.  Are we normal...yes we are as normal as someone that weights 125lbs or 600lbs.  Some of are at goal, some of never made it to goal, and some of us have regained the weight we lost.  #@$% happens and this site or any other site wouldn't be here is we didn't need support, comfort and each other.

There are always going to be pebbles in the sand and bumps in the doggone road, and we're going to stub our toes every once in awhile.
