Got on scale this am and up 3 pounds. Didn't think I had been eating to badly but gonna take ya'lls advice and track my food better . Used daily plate site today and it added up to 800 cal. I am wanting to take off a few quickly so the low cal. Ideally to lose 2 pounds a week I should be in the 1400 cal range.
The plan is:
1/2 banana
protein shake
yogurt
3 oz steak, 1 corn on the cob, and tomato and onion salad
yogurt
100cal popcorn and diet root beer
1/2 hour on elliptical over lunch hour and going to downtown festival tonight to listen to MUSIC, SEE FRIENDS AND NOT EAT!!!!!

Up 3 lbs. plead temporary insanity and take the fifth. Old Weigh****ches rule...beef makes you weigh heavy. Don't know how it affects us since surgery, and since I can't tolerate it I don't really know. Takes about three days to leave your system so when I knew I had a weigh in coming I never ate beef. Could also be water weight.
