How easily we forget the rules!
Exactly, it is about listening to my body. In the meantime, I am going to go look for the powdered egg whites to see if I can boost the protein intake. My hair is thin enough. I don't want to lose any of it!
I also managed to get two good walks in yesterday. Getting out of the house, even in the rain, helped.
It's not fair that our gets thin when we don't!
You might check out the organic foods section in your grocery - here many of the foods they have a higher in protein than regular foods. Also, health food stores are a good place to shop - just need to read the labels.
Wished you lived near me as I have access to a couple of lines of food that are high protein - but I'm sure you'll be able to find what you need there.
