Back On Track Together
Thursday, BOTT Cafe & Cardio
I had a weird dream last night - I left my purse in my husband's car and it was stolen. I was freaked because everything was gone such as money, credit cards, ATM, etc., etc. I feel like I spent all night calling to cancel everything while the person(s) that took it were going on a spending spree. I was chasing them all night long. Geez, I'm glad I finally woke up!! I'm sure all of that means something but I was happy to wake up.
Here's my check-in for today:
CARDIO: Treadmill
FOOD:
Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Tilipia with green beans
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Power Crunch Bar
Have a terrific Thursday as all of us BOTT.

What you can do, is take very good care of yourself. You may still not be able to get the world organized, but the odds go up if you can think straight - and when we eat surgar, physiologically we just can't think as well.
Cathy - You know, somehow exercising on the treadmill seems timely for the dream you had last night.
Well, I'm back to my recent 3-day maintenance weight this morning. Sure not where I want to be - but way better than weighing more than that amount. It doesn't seem unreasonable to expect my body to shed those 8.4 pounds - I know - it's an opportunity to learn patience (not, of course, that I'd ever need to learn that lesson
Just a bit of info - I plan my food at least three days ahead of time (on mydailyplate) - I sometimes change it two or three times before the day actually comes - but by using that site, I can change my mind as often as I like and I always know exactly what nutrition I'm getting. There's no way I could get/stay on track without the planning. If I ate the way I need to automatically, I wouldn't have needed bariatric surgery
So here's to a 100% BOTT exercise and food day
