Well, right/wrong/or indifferent in cutting back on my calories yesterday, my weight was back down to the three-day maintenance weight this morning. I'll wait and see what tomorrow brings.

36 lbs from goal!
Yay, HappyLap!!!! That is my happy dance for you! Does that count as cardio, kidding.
Today for me has started out a little rough. I am an everyday weigher and when I stepped on the scale this morning it has me 2 lbs higher!! Stupid scale. I am keeping focused that the scale is just numbers and I may be losing inches. I am not going to let the scale defeat me.
Weekly Goal: 107 ozs water daily
Cardio: Walking 30-40 mins
B: Champion Nutrition Protein Drink
S: 1.5 ozs RF colby-jack cheese and snack pack Ka****grain crackers
L: 2 oz pork loin and 1/2 c pinto beans
S: Power Crunch Bar
D: 3 ozs chicken and 1/2c veggies
S: Champion Nutrition Protein Drink

A little under the weather, so probably not a lot happening with cardio today, but food will be:
Greek yogurt w/ground flax seed meal and Go Lean cereal sprinkled on it
1/2 c. soup, a little salad and a couple of pieces of mixed cheese quesadilla
Nectar protein drink
Protein cookies (12)
Fresh canteloupe
Mock rice pudding
Stats:
1137 cals.
33 g fat
87 g carbs
78 g net carbs
127 g protein
Approx. 80 ounces of fluids
