OK - ENOUGH'S ENOUGH
I've been faithfully following my 1320 calorie guidelines (and having fine BOTT days) and for three days I stayed the same and lo and behold this morning I'd gained. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr 
I'm going to give it today and if I don't lose tomorrow (just lose - not necessarily get back to the four-day maintenance weight) I'm going to mutiny and cut back on my calories. The 1320 is about 200 calories/day more thatn mydailyplate says I can eat and lose a pound a week - a pound a week seems slow as a snail anyway - so if tomorrow doesn't yield positive results - it's down to no more that 1150 calories a day until I'm at goal. This last 8+ pounds to my goal weight is driving me CRAZY (now I'll admit that's a short trip LOL) I WILL GET THIS OFF!!!!
Well, so much for patience!!! (Personally, I think patience is way way overrated LOL) I've decided to cut back to 1250 calories today. That's kind of inbetween what my resting metabolic rate said I could eat and lose a pound a week and what mydailyplate says I can eat and lose a pound a week. Since the RMR allowance wasn't working, decided I wouldn't spend another day there but would begin to cut back a little and see how that works. I sure know how to INCREASE calories if I need to.
I can understand your frustration.
But maybe you just gained water? it is so easy to do. And sometimes - it is missleading.
