Happy birthday America. We celebrated on the 3rd. We have friends that have a large farm and a bunch of us got together for a BBQ, bonfire and fireworks. It was a good time.
Today will be spent sleeping since I am working overnights Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I will make good eating decisions and take the stairs instead of the elevators at work.

Today is beautiful here - haven't checked the temperature yeet, but it was predicted to be a scorcher and I don't doubt that that's the way it will be.
Exercise today will be riding 3-wheel recumbant bicycle with my husband. Fun (but not qite as much fun as shopping - but will burn more calories.
Food will be a compliant BOTT menu. I'm really enjoying my new foods.
I'm excited, 10 July I'm starting a weekly educational/support bariatrix group at work using some of the things I learned at the obesity conference. Had hoped for a larger group, but the fact that it's a daytime group kept several who were interested from being able to attend. Since an evening group would have been a volunteer situation and I'm already volunteering for a monthly regular bariatric support group, I really didn't want to give up another evening. I hope I'm not being selfish.
