Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is having a nice holiday weekend.  I sure am!  Tomorrow we're closing out the holiday weekend with a bbq at our friends' home.  So, for my check-in tomorrow, I'll walk on my treadmill in the morning and be with them for the rest of the day.  As my food check-in, I will make healthy choices of a lean protein, vegetable skewers (my request so we're bringing!!) and my Power Crunch bar.

Today's exercise is going to involved steam cleaning carpets and working in the yard.

Food:

Greek yogurt
Fresh fruit
Protein shakes
Mock rice pudding
