I figure-why not be proactive??

Hi all!

I have been reading this site for awhile and decided to join-finally. I will be three years out in November. I have not fallen off the track, so to speak-BUT..there are days where I feel like I want to go from a job to a walk.. Some days I want to sort of stick my leg outside of the track. LOL! You all know what I mean, testing the waters, getting lazy, forgetting where I have been and how hard I worked to get here.

I do not want to be all the way off the track, so I figure it's time to be proactive.

I moved from the US to the UK in January and was married last November. I have been through more changes than I care to mention right now. I am in a new country and I have a new body. If ever there were a time when my old habits start crying for attention-it would be NOW!

I just started working from home (I am So lucky I know)-but I am here alone with the "committee" and they are not all that positive of a group, if you know what I mean!

I have lost over 230 lbs. I want to keep it that way and I want to keep my new found health too.

Glad to be here and would like to also be a support to others and always welcome your support!!

Thanks,

Therese
