Hi BOTTers,

Yikes, what a day!!  I'm just now posting our C&C.  My apologies for the delay.  If any of you would like to post the BOTT C&C, please feel free to do it.  Our daily thread belongs to all of us!

CARDIO:  Day off

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Turkey sandwich with high fiber bread, lettuce, mustard and tomato
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Tilipia with green beans
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

My day is going well.  Finally got to test out my GPS last night after work - didn't go far, but did go some.  Some is better than none!  It does more "tricks" than I even know about - but it's fun and it does give me the info I want (so what if it gives me more than I want)

Today will do stairs and some other kind of exercise - not sure what it will be yet.  I am encouraged that I have less to lose to get to my goal weight than my back pack weighed when it was full of groceries - and that was less than 10 pounds even though climbing the stairs it seemed as though it much surely weigh a ton LOL

I'm committing to a fine and fun BOTT food and exercise day.
