Hi BOTTers,

Whew, I'm glad yesterday is over.  I had a rotten day yesterday.  One of those that if it could go wrong, it did!  Husband, kids, neighborhood kids, you-name-it, irritated me.  That's the great thing about bad days - there's always a new, fresh start the next day.

So, here's my check-in for my fresh start today (LOL):

CARDIO:  Treadmill

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Morningstar soy sausages (4) with side salad with light dressing
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Tilapia with green beans
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

Have a tremendous Tuesday as we BOTT.

Cathy - Ain't it awful when you can't get the world organized???  I hate days like that LOL

Didn't get in much exercise yesterday - just 10 flights of stairs (that used to sound like a lot, but somehow now it doesn't seem like such a big deal) - because of the wretched weather.  Could have walked as it turned out but all afternoon thunder, lightnig, and hard downpours kept popping up without warning so didn't want to take a chance.  I'm pawing the earth to get out and test out my new walking GPS but don't want to drown in the process.

Food within  <50 calories of my 1320 limit.  Will walk as well as climb stairs weather permitting.

HAPPY BOTTing to one and all

On a grazing kick today so not a good food day. Did 1/2 hour on the elliptical.

Can't even remember what all I had today. adkins this morning, some bing cherries, a snack mix at work... too much all day long, protein bar, healthy choice ice cream, boiled egg, puffed wheat and soy milk, Parmesan chicken and salad..... Boy no wonder I can't lose weight. Hurts to see it in writing... so eating over a situation at work.

Would it help you to make the only RULE until you get back on track to be "If I eat it, I must write it down"?  That will slow you down a bit as you'll have to take time to write, also you'll never have to wonder what you ate, there will be no wiggling off the hook about how much you ate, and check and be sure you really mean it (are ready/willing) to get back on track.

If you don't have it - you won't eat it.  Make your environment a "NO EAT ZONE"  Plan your food a day ahead of time right down to the last calorie and only have those foods available.   I've found mydailyplate.com on LiveStrong.com to be a wonderful tool to do this.  Sounds as though, though rather than making getting back on track your #1 priority it is something you'll do if it doesn't require any effort on your part - just if you mystically magically get around to it.  WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER - YES WE CAN.
