hard boiled egg and Bing Cherries

Adkins protein and Bing Cherries

Peanut butter banana protein shake

1/2 apple and PB2

An hour on the elliptical for exercise.

Glad you have a plan!   Don't know about you, but there's no way I can stay on track without making a plan for the day and at least one day ahead one ahead of time.  I love Livestrong's mydaily plate.com for doing that.  Let's me look at several options and see what fits together best.  Wish you well, my friend.  WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER - YES WE CAN
