Hi BOTTers,

Happy Saturday (on Friday night)!  In case I can sleep in a little, I'm posting tonight. 

Here's my check-in for tomorrow:

CARDIO:  Treadmill at home

FOOD:

2 scrambled eggs with 1 strip of turkey bacon
Cinnamon Toast pretzels
Salad with turkey and vegetable with light Rancho spray dressing
Cottage cheese
Grilled talipia with green beans
Power Crunch Bar

Good morning!
Lots to do today since we were out of power yesterday for 7 hours...So frustrating!!!  I will be doing cardio this afternoon.  Food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/b.n. fit granola
Snack - click
Lunch - chicken salad
Snack - fruit w/cheese
Dinner - not sure going out for dinner

Hello to All!

Today is the first day of my summer vacation from work.  Thank Goodness!   I'm exhausted from yesterday, but more determined than ever to focus on a more healthier me.

Cardio:       1 mile in home walking

Breakfast:  Soymilk Protein shake

Snack:        Protein bar

Lunch:        Salmon with mixed veggies

Snack:        Protein bar

Dinner:       Salmon with veggies and brown rice

Snack:         Not sure yet



          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!
