Hope I am not taking this post away from someone. I looked back few and realized Ruth has been off the radar for a while. Where are you ?

Down a pound even though I tried so much harder than usual. 171 this morning with 26 pounds to go. I know from experience if I keep plugging away a larger chunk will drop off when I least expect it. The key is to KEEP getting BOT.

It feels a little better to be able to say at this point I have re-gained 20 pounds as opposed to almost 30 which I was nearing at Easter time. At least I am headed in the right direction.... must keep the momentum going.

The cutie at the gym talked me into another 3 month membership. (It didn't take any persuasion) I know I must exercise and spending on a membership seems to help stay motivated.

My week was chaotic, but just fine.  Thank you for asking (and even more for really wanting to know and caring!!!!)

Glad to hear you renewed your gym membership. We all know the proverbial saying... eat less... move more and watch those pounds melt off ( the person standing next to you...smile... or so it seems to go for me). Hope everyone had a great week. See you here again next friday.

Hi Lucy

thanks for thinking about me.  Life has been hectic, so I'm not setting aside time for me (and my OH friends).  I do post on the Friday weigh In though as it keeps me accountable.  I do make sure I've got time to read all posts though - just don't get time to respond at the moment.

What I love about this is we all seem to have very similar weeks - one week we all gained, this week we all lose 1 lb!!!  I love friends who walk with me step by step :o)  Thanks guys - I know you put aside your losses of 3 or more lbs just to keep me company LOL.

This week not perfect for me, but better than last.  I've been a bit more prepared food wise, but need to get back into good habits again.  Sigh, it's so easy to fall into bad habits of grabbing the carbs for a quick snack and so hard to get into good habits.

I am not jynxing myself for writting this. I'm stating this now so my subconscious doesn't interfere. I've been trying to objectively weigh daily as I have been BOTTing fer realzies. And every morning my scale has consistantly gone down 1 lb. I say every morning when I see that... "Yeah okay. I'll believe it when its the same tomorrow".... and it either is, or is less. So... I'm not stating the number. I'm jsut saying... it might be working. Maybe. We'll see next week.
