Happy, happy Friday!!  I hope everyone has a great weekend!! 

I can't believe Michael Jackson passed away!  At 50!  Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson on the same day!! 

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Treadmill

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Salad with turkey, pepper jack cheese and light Ranch dressing
Vegetable strips
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Cottage cheese
Turkey burger (no bun) with lettuce, tomato and ketchup
Power Crunch bar

Don't forget Ed MacMahon, that makes 3... my meme always said Everything in Threes...... Creepy.

I got PRE APPROVED for a HOUSE today! I'm falling over with excitment. and anxiety. We did this once already and it fell thru. But I'm hoping this will be different. Wish us luck.

Cardio - Get my steps in... maybe then some, if its nice out.

Food -
B - Coffee, rasins.
L - Pulled pork burrito and veggies.
S - Apple slices
D - Not sure, depends on how things go today

How exciting  - wish you well with the new house.  When will you know? 

Well, sure enough, this morning when I weighed I had gained a little after increasing my calories.  Just told myself - "You were told you might gain so you might not want to weigh.  You chose to weigh.  So, suck it up - you've forfited grumbling rights."  So, myself said, "OK" and did just that.

In addition to my stair climing I'm going to walk 1.6 miles in the mall this evening.  I feel good about just plain walking some again.  I really missed walking but had decided that wasn't "real" exercise.  (Just a reminder:  Making sense is not the minimum daily requirement for being a human being LOL) 

So, committing to a BOTT food and exercise day - and, more than that, I'm committing to feeling good and having fun wihile I'm doing it!

Good morning!
I had such a crazy day that I went over 100% on my Bodybugg without working out!!  I have another planned for today, crazy day that is... 
My food:
Breakfast - fage w/bear naked fit granola (new fav!)
Snac****d click w/grapes
Lunch - 1/4 of a low carb chicken & cheese quesadilla
Snack - strawberries w/cheese
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - baked apple

Today was not one of my best days. I had a flat tire on the way home from work so made it to the gym late. I did 20 minutes treadmill  )and 10 minutes elipical.

Food:
Breakfast; Protein Bar
Snack : Banana and L/F String Chese
Lunch: Salad, calaflower, 2 bites of baked potato and chicken. I also had a small dish of hot fudge cake/ ice cream ( I know this is a NO No ) My supervisor treated us all to a buffet lunch on the road. I could of did a whole lot worse.
Snack : string cheese light
Dinner: Baked Flounder/ zuccin

I did get in all my water, joined the boot camp at the gym and am going to group theropy ( people who have gained after RNY. The scales is moving in the right direction but I am so afraid of yoyoing. See you lighter. Joanne
