When things are going well in your life, do you ever find yourself waiting for it to change? The "waiting for the other shoe to drop" mindset? I'm finding that true for myself. Things are going very well right now for me. While I'm enjoying the calm there is an apprehension as to when is it going to change. I think that is a lingering side effect of growing up in a dysfunctional family. I'm aware of that going on for me yet working to put it into a healthy perspective of that was then and this is now. I can handle whatever comes my way - back then, I didn't have that ability or power.

Perfect BOTT day yesterday - ate the calories I should and did my stair-climbing as I planned. Right now, stair climbing is it for a while. Just kind of got used to 1000 cals a day and now it's 1320 so have to begin to make new daily plans for that amount. So far, so good!

Happy Thursday to all the BOTTers! I am ready for this week to be done, put in the books. I passed out again yesterday in my co-workers office. I go to the doctor in 2 hrs to see what he can tell me. I am tired of feeling like a child everyone is babysitting all the time. As a Mom I am used to being the one in charge and taking care of everyone else. We are going camping this weekend so my plan is to do nothing but fish and read a book.
Cardio: Still off until I figure out what is up with my body
Food:
B-Low carb shell w/alfredo sauce, chicken & parmesan cheese
S-Dry roasted edamame
L-Refried beans w/chicken, black beans, greek yogurt and tobasco
S-Light string cheese
D-Taco casserole
S-Muscle Milk Light
1394 Cal, 111 Carbs (75 Net), 43 Fat, 136 Protein

I know exactly what you mean... I almost never let it down, I'm always waiting and worrying. It's been that way all of my life and I guess that's something that won't change, for me at least. My cardio is taking a day off today. Food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/bear naked fit granola
Snack - almonds
Lunch - lean dessert protein drink w/banana
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - homemade chicken salad on salad
Snack - fresh butter pecan protein ice cream YUM!
