Gonna attempt
the pouch test at least through Friday .. plan on a couple adkins shakes, a couple blended shakes with ice, and maybe a couple other protein drinks. Also sugarfree jello and Italian Ice and popsicles. Have an orange ready in case I have low blood sugar. Didn't exercise this am but doing some vacuuming and will go after work for an hour on the elliptical. That will help the nighttime eating issues too. Lucy
I woke up feeling the vigor to dedicate today too. I'm going to stick to lots of water, protein first, small portions... and no grazing at the desk. I'm bringing something to keep me busy, and I have gum when the itch to chew comes along. Good luck to you, good luck to me.
