I Challenge your Tired, Hot or just Plain Lazy Bods to Exercise Tomorrow!

I have slipped a little in eating and recording.  I haven't done cardio in about two weeks and I am in the middle of a wicked case of PMS.  I have SO much to do and ZERO energy or drive to do anything.  Once I get moving, I'm okay sort of, but my laziness today seems to know NO bounds.  

I probably deserved the break from running around here after everyone, but the vacations OVER!

Anyone care to join me tomorrow to drag ourselves, kicking and screaming if need be, to do SOMETHING?  I'm going to walk my daughter to the play ground program and then continue on at a good clip down to the Drug Store and then home.  It's about ONE million degrees here, but it should be okay in the morning and it's not too far and it's something to start with anyway.  I will try 10 lunges on each side when i get home just because I like pain.  Okay, that's a lie, but I'll do them anyway!

I am with ya... only did 40 min on elliptical as I felt like I was getting low blood sugar. Planned on doing an hour. Checked my BS when I left and it was 86, 93 when I got home after a few tic tacs so not really that low but I tend to feel it when I am in the 80's

It's Tuesday when I'm reading this, work has been a zoo with no time to check BOTT, but I'll renew your challenge and accept it for today.  I'll walk to my condo (on 7th floor) not my usual once, but twice today.  Thanks for motivating me.  Our Heat Index at one point yesterday was 110 and I think it went up a little after that - but at 110 who's counting???

Exactly!  After 110, who's counting!  Thanks all for joining me.  I was laying in bed this morning dreading this walk for some reason.  Not the heat really, just the thought of exerting effort.  Taking time away from doing nothing.

I'm doing it!  Will report back later!

 I did my walk, about 14 blocks.  Man, I need to kick it up.  At the Y, I was doing 30 minutes on an Arc Trainer on Strength Training, Level 7.  That was hard and hot, so why am I having such a hard time doing it at home?  I always hated lunges and such.  I took a Boot Camp this spring and it was killer, but I know I was stronger at the end.  Why can't that strength last more then a week after you quit?  I know if I do it now, my legs will KILL.

Maybe I need Jillians Wii work out.  I don't really love the one it came with  Or else I need a good Body Step DVD.  I love body step.  It's kinds like fancy step class.  

I definatly need to do something.

Okay, that's my rant on exercise!
