Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

Friends are so important.  I was having some weird feelings of anxiety about a situation that I was dealing with.  I had the pieces of the puzzle but hadn't really put them all together until....I talked about it with a trusted friend.  Just talking to her and getting out my thoughts and feelings to her helped me to instantly fit the pieces together.  For me, once I figure something out and become aware, I am okay.  After talking it out, I feel so much better because now I know what's going on inside and where those emotions come from.  Before, I probably would have been struggling with head hunger over it but now I've developed non-food strategies that have made all the difference.

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Treadmill

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Morningstar Soy Sausages (4)
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Cottage cheese
Tilipia (Gorton's) with green beans
Power Crunch bar

Good Morning! My doctor can't get me in until next week so my family is driving me to and from work for now and I am just taking it easy. Spent all day yesterday getting our camper ready for this weekend and took my daughter for her first OB appt. It was neat to see the ultrasound and hear the heartbeat, I can't believe I will be a Grandma in 6 months.

Cardio today: Walking at breaks and lunch
Food:

B-Low carb wrap w/Egg Beaters & turkey bacon, 1/2 yogurt
S-Dry roasted edamame
L-Fish taco
S-Light string cheese
D-I think Wendy's chili, we have to take the camper out tonight to get a good spot for the weekend
S-RTD Muscle Milk Light

1301 Calories, 120 Carbs (82 Net), 53 Fat, 91 Protein
Water and Vitamins
