Almost over
Well day one of pouch test almost over, Did ok except for some jerky tongiht. Intense need to chew... tried gum earlier but gave in to jerky.
Frustrated with a situation and I should talk it over with someone. Trying to reconcile myself with it on my own.
May have another protein shake before night is over and jello in the night if I wake up as I often do. Lucy
You're doing it, Lucy. I'm rooting for you! Jerky is NOT the worst thing to cave into for a chew, so I commend you.

Don't beat yourself up. Jerkey is not the end of the world, one meal at a time - if you 'mess up' at one the next does not have to be dictated by the last. We are in control of everything we decide to put in our mouths. We can do this. Stay positive, you're doing well!!
