How Long Does It Take?

Hello group...

Getting back on track is tough. Can you tell me, (from experience) or from statistics how long before we will notice a difference and start to see results from our new change in habits?

 I lost 10 pounds since last Monday.  So one week.  It was water I am sure, but I can sure notice the difference.  I didn't do so great today, but I didn't go off the deep end either.

Tomorrow, it's BOTT.  See you there!

I am 4 years out. I have had so much stress up until recently, that I have had no care for myself. I am 50 plus pounds overweight again. I want to kick this now.

Is this unreasonable to think that I can do this with in a 2 to 3 month time frame and  one other question, will we ever be able to lose weight at the rate we did when we first had our surgeries?

Should I go on liquid first then so on...I want to do this and do it right...

Hi!
Everyone is different.  Start exercising.  Get back to the basics and take things one day at a time.  Don't set yourself up for disappointment by trying to rush things.  You can do this!

Ever since my Surgery center closed 3 years ago, I have had to do things on my own and to tell you the truth, that is when I got side tracked.

I felt abandoned. No fault to the New Life Center, but I feel let down.

Here is where I need to stay. There is support 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Do we ever open the chat room. When I go to it I am the only one there. Is there a specific time people go to the chat room.

SOmetimes real live chat is good too. IT is an immediate response.
