Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  It is very HOT here.  The weekends go by so fast - too fast!

My younger son had a lemonade stand with a couple of his friends.  It is a yearly summer business they do.  It is so cute to see them out there standing in mid-90 degree weather with the heat index over 100 but oblivious to the weather in the spirit of making $$.  They made some decent money.  If it were only as easy as putting up a card table at a couple of cross streets, making lemonade and having some snacks sitting there making $$.  It was great.  They had a blast.

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Treadmill INSIDE!!

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Turkey sandwich with mustard
Vegetable strips
Cottage cheese
Morningstar soy sausages (6) with green beans
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

Have a magnificent Monday as we BOTT.

Good Morning! It was a rough weekend. I had an incident Friday night, I passed out and had a seizure twice within a half hour period. The medics really didn't know what the cause might be so I am sitting waiting for the doctors office to call back to make an appt to get some tests run. Then I woke up yesterday with an eye infection so I will have the doc look at that as well. Outside of my body falling apart it was a good weekend. We finally had some warm temps and NO RAIN! My husband asked me to marry him again and gave me a new wedding set since I lost mine about a month ago, I know I will find it now that he gave me a new ring.

Cardio: 45 Minutes on treadmill
Food:

B-Low carb wrap w/Egg Beaters and Turkey Bacon
S-Dry Roasted Edamame
L-Tuna on Wasa crackers and fresh veggies
S-Cottage Cheese
D-Fish Tacos
S-Hard Boiled Egg

Water and vitamins to round out the day. I hope everyone has a great Monday!

It's a beautiful day and I'm off work. Yah!

Want to say thanks for introducing me to PB2. I love it and think it is safe for me to have around.

So far today I have had a banana early in the am
and just now half an apple with pb2
Sliced tomatoes and tuna salad with red and green peppers for lunch.

Not sure about the rest of the day.  I know "FAILING TO PLAN IS PLANNING TO FAIL" but don't feel able to commit at this moment.

Just got home from an hour on the elliptical and need to do a little house cleaning and walk the dog. Probably shopping later and maybe check out a possible hiking area.

Teary this morning so glad I have a med check in a couple weeks.

Have a great day!

Hi, All:

The weekend was a busy one here...lots of stuff done around the house on Saturday, then spent the whole day on Sunday with my husband and daughter for Father's Day.  Treated hubby to a Washington Nationals game downtown...great stadium, lots of fun, but they lost!  :(  I'll tell you, it was a challenge trying to find something I could eat there...but they did have one stand that had healthy food -- got a turkey wrap sandwich, and could only make it through about 1/3 of it...so that was good.

Today:

Muscle Milk Light RTD
Mixed cheese quesadilla, salad and soup (as always, just a little of each)
Nectar protein drink
Greek yogurt w/berries, ground flax meal and GoLean cereal
Mock rice pudding
Canteloupe

Have a great day!
