Hi BOTTers,

With my plans for sleeping in tomorrow morning (hope), I'm going to post our C&C for Saturday now.

CARDIO:  Walking on treadmill

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Turkey sandwich with low carb tortilla
Vegetable strips
Cottage cheese
String cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Grilled chicken with fresh green beans
Power Crunch bar

Have a sensational Saturday as all of us BOTT.

Just home from 40 min on level 5 of elliptical. There are nine levels and I am doing a random incline... not really sure what that all means but I did less time at higher level today cuz I was having problems getting motivated before work.

So far have had cheddar melted on low carb flatbread... not sure what else today.
Some honeydo melon, cottage cheese, yogurt, orange or apple, string cheese, and maybe a protein shake.

Hello BOTT,
It is absolutely miserable here today...rain, rain and more rain!  Summer is coming WHEN??  I'm dieing to get into my Yellow-Red Polka Dot Bikini  yeah isn't that a scream!!!!!  I am going to the Hampton Jazz Festival next weekend in Virginia and if this weather doesn't let up it will be just like it was last year when we got there.... RAINing and COLD!  Working today but here's my plan:

CARDIO: 

Treadmill 30 mins
Free weights 30 mins

FOOD:

EAS Protein Shake & Coffee
Turkey Bacon & Spinach & Tomato Quiche
Cottage Cheese w/ Strawberry Jam
EAS Protein Shake
Dinner - Haven't got a CLUE!!  Lobster tail w/ Fillet Mignon, double loaded baked potato, salad loaded with rich fat creamy thousand island dressing & Champagne...... hmmmm sounds really good!
