SLEEPING IN is definitely my plan!!!!      I did not sleep well at all this past week.  So.....plan to catch up on my 's

I am having the very  of a time getting back on track   For today my goal is to only eat good guideline foods.  Am not going to worry too much about calories - just high protein/low carb for today.

Will climb at least 7 flights of stairs (find myself trying to talk myself out of even doing that ) and then will see about more.  I'm feeling very tired - but I'm pretty sure it's 95% "head tired"   I'll give myself today to act like it's body tired, but after sleeping in tomorrow morning, I'll  a little more firm with myself about .

I know it's in my head, but can't seem to get a handle on what I'm telling myself - best guess is that in some way I'm not good enough - whatever it is, I'll nip it in the bud with action.

Thanks for being there, guys

I haven't had one of them in a while. Really, I'm just very busy. Tonight is Indian food dinner with a friend, tomorrow is help my bro move into his new house, then my niece's dance recital (she's 3, I'm so excited!), Sunday is daddy's day and a graduation party for my cousin. I won't have a moment to breathe!

Food -
B - Turkey and some salad dressing
L - Something Indian (we're ordering out... this stuff is so darn healthy, you know??)
S - Seapoint edamame and raw trail mix
D - Something else Indian (I'll try something different tonight)

Hi!  I am new to this group but find it very helpful.  I will do 15+ minutes on the eliptical (I try to at least add one minute every other day to get to 30).  I am on day 3 of the 5 day pouch test.  I do have a question about that... do I continue the protein drinks or just the soft protein?  Thansk again for everyone's posts.

Hi, All:

Cardio:  Yardwork

Foods:

Triple Chocolate Power Crunch Bar
Salad, soup and cheese quesadillas
Unjury protein supplement blended with fresh strawberries
Greek yogurt w/ground flaxmeal and Go Lean cereal
Mock rice pudding

The weekend is going to be spent doing yardwork, hauling things to the dump, cleaning...aaah...the fun!  The great thing will be Father's Day -- surprising hubby w/tickets to professional baseball game downtown!  Should be fun.

Enjoy the weekend!  :)
