Hi BOTTers,

One of the things I've noticed about being back on track is how much clearer I think.  Of course, losing/maintaining our weight is important in being on track, however, one of the significant benefits is how I feel inside.  I'm not preoccupied with food as to what I've eaten, what I want to eat and all that inner chaos and mind chatter that goes on.  You know what you are going to do and you do it.  This group we've created together is a big part of my being and staying on track......thanks to all of you!

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Day off

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Morningstar soy sausages (4)
Green salad with spray Ranch dressing
Vegetable strips
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Cottage cheese
Gorton's Tilipia
Power Crunch bar

Have a wonderful Wednesday as all of us BOTT.

Cathy

This morning I had lost what I gained a couple of days ago plus my weight and BMI are creeping down toward my goal weight.  I have 8 1/2 pounds to go.  I cut back some on my calories and increased protein/decreased carbs yesterday  Today I'm back to my regular guidelines.  My hope was that the smaller intake would shock my system and I'd get to losing again.  (As inelegant as it is - it's probably all due to my laxative kicking in though LOL)

As of now I don't have anything I have to do after work today so my plan is to jump on the WiiFit and do 30 minutes of hard free step along with a BOTT food day.  I'm still climbing at least 7 flights of stairs everyday.

See you all here tomorrow.

Hi BOTT,
Having a hectic but fun day.  Bought a kitten in from the outside that its Mother had abandoned, I have never had to train a kitten to the litter pan and this is proving to be a completely unique experience.  Just as long as I keep it confined to a small area it will use the pan...the moment I let it roam free it finds a corner somewhere.

My poor dog just doesn't know what to make of it all.

Cardio:
Weight training 45 mins
Treadmill 45 mins

FOOD:
EAS Chocolate Shake
Turkey Bacon & Spinach Quiche
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Cottage Cheese w/ Strawberry Jam
Turkey Bacon & Spinach Quiche
4 Strawberries & Dannon Yogurt Smoothie w/ Protein

Calories - 1232   Protein 126g

Cats have a way of baffling dogs without even trying.  Once they figure out they can I'm convinced they take a fiendish glee in doing it as often as they can!   (As you can tell, I'm a "cat person")
