Yikes, the day has gotten away from me.  Sorry for the delay in posting our C&C. 

CARDIO:  Walk & kick dvd

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Tilipia fish w/green beans
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
String cheese
Cottage cheese
Morningstar soy sausages and side green salad
Power Crunch bar

Contrary to what I anticipated - yesterday was not a head challenge at all. YEAH

Could it be that I really have accepted that I have the rest of my life to reach and maintain my goal weight and a little bump in the road to getting there is no big deal when I've followed my food guidelines?  I sure hope so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is hectic at work, but did complete one giant task that I wasn't at all confident I could do BUT I didn't eat because I felt inadequate - I did wait until the deadline was right at the end of my nose, but I got it done and I DIDN'T GET OFF TRACK!!!!  YEAH AGAIN

So, here's to a compliant BOTT day    Cheers

Busy day today!  I will be doing my cardio this afternoon.  Food for today:
Breakfast - Lean Dessert Banana protein
Snack - grapes
Lunch - baked ham and cheese roll
Snack - celery, pb2, raisins
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf tiramisu

Hello to all my fellow BOTTers, hope everyone is having a great Tuesday.

Cardio: Just finished 40 minutes on elliptical
Food:

B-Ham & Eggs, Low carb yogurt
S-Dry roasted edamame
L-Sloppy Joe mix in Low carb tortilla, broccoli & cauliflower
S-Muscle Milk Light
D-Fish Tacos

100 + oz of water and vitamins.

3 egg whites
1 egg yolk scrambled with milk
4 slices crispy, minimal processed bacon
3 ounces steak (maybe 2, I didn't eat it all)
2 cups fresh cherries
1 cup tuna, noodle salad (bad I know)

No cardio but I worked outside and was up and down a million times getting stuff for kids.
Did a little walking also

Today has been a little better... 50 min on elliptical , 64 oz water and ....

low carb wrap with mozz. and protein shake

ooops on the run a bite size naughty thing. and a  protein bar

red peppers and cottage cheese, no sugar ice cream

2 wraps with cheese and an orange

another protein shake (PomRaz Sangria with frozen strawb. in blender)

..... really didn't intend on the wraps just now it was very compulsive... just got home from work and instead of trying to 'defuse" i fell into the same old routine. Head to the frig.... now I am on the puter and going out to mow soon. Need to fold some laundry, take dog for walk etc. so hope I can minute by minute get fthrough the next few hours. May run to Walmart too.

EM - EAS Carb Control Chocolate Protein Shake
B -    2 slices Turkey Bacon w/ Grits & Cheese
S -    EAS Carb Control Chocolate Protein Shake
L -    Grilled Chicken Salad w/ LF Italian dressing
         Sm McDonald Fries
S -    Cottage Cheese w/ strawberry jam
D -   Grilled Red Salmon w/ greem beans
S -    Dannon Yogurt Peach Smoothie w/ 1 scoop of Protein powder
        3 Lrg Strawberries

Calories - 1398   Protein  127.1g
