Hi BOTTers,

My apologies for the Happy Dad's Day yesterday.  Ha!  My husband was happy that I got it wrong because he gets two Dad's Days.  I told him it was better to be early than late.

My kids were catching fireflies last night.  I used to do that as a little girl and loved it.  They were catching them in their hands and then letting them fly away.  One of the joys of being a kid or a kid at heart like me.

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Walk & Kick dvd

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Morningstar soy sausages (5)
String cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Cottage cheese
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels (I'm on a Kay's Natural's Pretzel kick)
CLICK
Power Crunch bar

Have a marvelous Monday as all of us BOTT!

Cathy

At the last minute my plane reservations were discovered to Chicago for the OH seminar were found to be in error and as a result I did not get to go.  Originally the trip would have also let me spend the weekend with my husband and daughter.  As it turned out, their schedules changed and they couldn't be there - so it was not all negative that I didn't get there either.

Today will be a "head challenge"  When I weighed this morning I was up a little over a pound.  Ate perfectly and exercised adequately all weekend.  I know for me it is more an elimination problem than a consumption problem (and that is the case today) but being so close to goal (less than 10 pounds) my head jangles a bit when the weight goes up.

So....am commiting to a BOTT food and exercise day.  NO GETTING OFF TRACK I DOUBLE DOUBLE PROMISE!!!! !

Hello all,

Cathy it seems like you are feeling better. I love watching my boys catch fireflies. I hope they never lose that joy.

Deb, when your done with your yard work I have some mulch spreading that needs doing.

Happy, sorry to hear you had to cancel your trip. I was looking forward to all the reports you were going to make.

Well today I havent started the day off exactally right. I need to go shopping so theres not much in the cabinets. Had a protien shake after dropping my wife off at work but skipped breakfast (still got my requiered 3 cups of coffee). Will probably have a ham or turkey sandwich for lunch and dinners will be decided later. I will promise to make a healthy choice.

I am going to try to get a walk in with the dog later. I am taking my boys to see their cousins later and I have a Dr appointment at 2 so I have a lot of running around to do.

Have a great BOTT day!
