Friday Reflections! I give you permission......

Happy Friday to you all
In these hard times there is so much to be stressing about and trying to get back on track and or stay on track just adds to it. Maybe we are giving it to much power? Don't get me wrong, it seems when we don't think about it we start to gain but I wonder if we have gone a little to much the other way, and just add it to the column of things to stress over?
This Friday's Reflection gives YOU permission to take the weekend off and don't stress over it. Plan your food, do your Moving and Losing, but don't give it power to make you feel bad. Give it power to make you feel good!!! Enjoy your family, make a list of things to be thankful for and most of all give yourself a BIG HUG

Thank you so much for your timely words. I am applying them to a sitaution not realted to weight loss, but the trust still remains the same. I am giving too much power to a certain situation that has happened at work today and if I continue to stress over it, it will ruin my weekend.
I give myself permission to take the weekend off, and will give me the power to enjoy myself and my family.

Awwwh, Thanks so much, Kathy. I've been stressing for quite some time. This is the end of the school year...record keeping, paper work, assessments, etc. I was also taking an online course...the deadline for the coursework is tomorrow. I just finished it a few days ago so....whew!!!!! Thanks so much for such an understanding post. It is appreciated! Have a great weekend to all!
