Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
Yep, I'm posting Saturday on Friday night. I've been nauseated all day and not sure if it is something or what. I'm going to go to bed and hopefully sleep in to beat whatever this. Unless I feel better, I am going to take it easy on the food for another day and no cardio.
As always, I look forward to reading what the rest of you post on our daily C&C.

Today I will go home from work and take a nap. After the nap I am starting to prepare my famous ribs. Cant wait!!!!
Dont know what the rest of the day holds but I will make wise decisions.

Hi Botters!
Today should be nice and quiet. I'll be working out later this afternoon. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - 1 slice healthy life w/apple slice and pb2
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese rolled around dill pickle
Snack - veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - steak w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

I am hoping to go to the gym for about 30 min. or so today. If not, I will do my 1 mile in-home walking.
Food:
B- Protein coffee
S- Yogurt
L- Salmon and veggies
S- Protein bar
D- Don't know yet....
S- Probably cheese with Triscuits
