Friday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I woke up in the middle of the night extremely nauseaous.  Ick.  I finally went back to sleep for a couple of hours but I still feel yucky.  As far as my exercise and food, I'm going to see how I feel throughout the day.  Probably no exercise and light eating for the day that is easy on the pouch.

This will be a gastronomical weekend.  Heading down to VA to visit with friends and family.  We always eat out at great places when we arrive.  Also the Celtic Festival on Saturday.  I am going to sign up for the Clogging dance workshop.  That will give me some exercise anyway.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Good Friday morning to my fellow BOTTers,

Cathy, sorry you don't feel well. I will be praying for you to feel better soon.

It is 6:10am and I am at work. I have one hour to go and then I am heading home to go to bed.
Fridays and Saturdays are hard to schedual for eating since I sleep all day

Exercise: does rolling over in bed and snoring count?

D: Taco salad
S: 3 boiled eggs
L: 8 pigs in a blanket
S: protien bar

All vitamins
150 water

Good morning!
Today is a new day.  Better outlook, better food choices!!  I will be hitting Bally's later this morning for my cardio.  My food for today:
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - click
Lunch - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage
Dinner - not sure, going to a wedding...
Snack - coffee, protein bar

Good Morning, I hope everyone is having a good Friday (except Cathy, unfortunately). It is still raining in this part of the country. I am tired of it, we are going on 2 weeks straight. But they are predicting some sunshine tomorrow, I hope so since we have an outdoor wedding to attend.

Cardio: 30 Minutes on elliptical
Food:

B-Low carb tortilla w/refried beans and cheese
S-Cottage cheese & hard boiled egg
L-Low carb wrap w/turkey & cheese, broccoli & cauliflower
S-Wasa crackers w/Laughing Cow light swiss
D-Chicken alfredo pizza

100 oz. water and vitamins.

S - 1/2 c Edimame
D - Spinach salad w/grilled steak strips

All supps, 80+ oz water, and hitting the gym this evening for weights & eliptical
