Hi BOTTers,

I hope everyone is doing great.  I'm still digging out from being away as far as catching up. 

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Lousy weather - Wii Fit

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Fish with green beans
Cottage cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Fish with steamed vegetables
Power Crunch bar

Heya all.

Well night one without DH around was nice. Tonight tho its laundry, dishes and other such chores. boooooo.

Cardio - Get all my steps in

Food -
B - 1/2 subway omlette flat bread
S - apple slices
L - other half
S - veggies and 100 cal pak dip
D - left over chicken tikka masala

I will be working out later this afternoon.  My food for today:
Breakfast - lean dessert w/banana
Snack - protein bar
Lunch - tj's chicken salad w/grapes
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - italian beef and peppers minus bread
Snack - mock rice pudding

Just have a minute - this is one of those days where the tail is wagging the dog.    My challenge today is to eat all I should (a marvelous challenge wouldn't you say???)  I head tells me, eat right  my feelings tell me, you're eating way too much.  Since I've already writen down my food for the day I'm just going to my list and checking it off as I eat it as planned.
