Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

It is amazing how behind you get when you go away!  Yikes.  I'll share more about my time away soon.

CARDIO:  Too humid outside so I'll do either Wii Fit or my Leslie walk & kick dvd.

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Turkey sandwich w/honey mustard
Cottage cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Fish
Power Crunch bar

Grouchy pouchy yesterday, I had some eating issues. No biggie really. Nothing to complain about. Feeling a little better today, so lets see how goes.

Cardio - Getting all my steps in, some laps in the building at work, since its raining.

Food -
B - egg n cheese breakfast wrap
L - Roast chicken n some kinda veggie
S - Apple
D - On my own tonight. Might treat myself by going out somewhere.
