I'm back!!  THANK YOU to SIONNAIGEAL
for posting our daily C&C post.  I appreciate it very much.  I missed my BOTT friends.

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Step - Wii Fit

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Yellow bell pepper strips
Turkey and pepper jack cheese sandwich with 1/2 slice bread
Cottage cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Talipia with green beans
Power Crunch bar

Welcome back, Cathy.  Good to have you here again - hope your time away was fun and restful.  Sionnaigeal did a great job for us while you were gone.  We are so very very lucky to have both of you

Here's my food for the day:
B - Quaker Weight Control Banana Bread Oatmeal
      Unjury chocolate protein powder
S - Reese's Peanut Butter Snacksters 100 Calorie pack
L - Bar Harbor Maine Lobster Meat (canned)
      annie's Homegrown Cheddar Bunnies
D - Azalea Seafood Gumbo
     Boudreaus'x Crawfish Tail Meat
     Terra Spiced Sweetpotato Chips

Will climb at least 7 flights of stairs and tentative plans to contact a personal trainer to get me started on a strength training routine.

Have a fine fine BOTT day one and all.  The sun is shining here and all's right with the world.

Welcome back!  Hope that you had a great week.  I have been having serious problems with trying to stay on track.  Things have been very chaotic lately.  Here's my new attitude...Today is a new day and I will be trying to work through my problems, not eat for them. 
Breakfast - lean dessert protein shake
Snack - click
Lunch - low fat chicken caesar salad
Snack - apple w/pb2
Dinner - steak kabobs
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

Morning all!

A great big WELCOME HOME to Cathy! I was glad to help, had a good time doin it too.

I can't believe this. I'm... BOTTing. Like fo sho. My pouch seems to have decided it not only still exists, but wants to take control back from my brain. AMEN TO THAT! My appetite is GONE. I'm eating much smaller portions without feeling deprived. I'm eating less frequently due to lack of appetite. I'm even.. *GASP*.... getting in all my water. Like with ease. All this since my war weekend. Something happened then, something new. I didn't get any snack food for myself. I ate only the game food at meal times, and barely ate any of it when I did. Being extremely active and eating less seems to have kick started something. I've been trying everything! Ketosis, full liquids, uber high fiber.... and all it took was... eating less and excercising. I feel like such a dunce. It seems so fricken obvious now! Plus... it was like lather, rinse, repeat for this method yesterday, when I was running around like a loon, running a baby shower, and then being the photographer for a wedding. I ate very little, moved around ALOT... and I'm sore this morning like I ran a 5K. Heh.

WTF, right? Where has this been the last year! I've dropped 2 lbs in the last week and feel like I can finally do this. I'm just... listening. Listening to my pouch. It seems to know what its doing. That and I stole my mom's pedometer. How many steps are you supposed to get a day, does anyone know? I want to try to set a goal for moving around, since my job is a desk job and I'm pretty inactive here.

Cardio - Getting in all my steps, hopefully including a walk on the track

Food -

B - last of the chilli
L - Something chicken-y with veggies
S - Carrots and celery, 100 cal pack lite ranch dip
D - not sure yet, DH is suffering from food poisoning, so whatever I can talk him into.

I have been battling the dreaded carb monster this past week...but today is a new day and I have laid out a plan for my food and exercise:

Exercise:

Mowing the yard, with all of the things that go along with it
Finish painting the study
Evening walk, weather permitting

Food:

B -- Greek yogurt w/flax meal, fiber cereal, fruit
S -- Protein shake
L -- Cobb salad
S -- Protein shake
D -- Greek yogurt w/flax meal, fiber cereal, fruit
S -- Protein shake & some fresh fruit

It has been a while since I posted but life has been hectic. My daughter told me a week after graduation that she is pregnant. She has been having a rough time so far so lots of doctors visits and one trip to the ER on Saturday. Looks like everything is good now, so we are taking it one day at a time. Unfortunately all the stress has been terrible for my eating, but I weighed this morning and my weight is the same. So today it is time to really get back on track and focus taking care of myself as much as I have been taking care of her.

Food:

B-Low carb tortilla w/refried beans and cheese
S-Cottage cheese & hard boiled egg
L-Albacore Tuna w/Wasa crackers, fresh veggies
S-Muscle Milk Light
D-Turkey sloppy joes and whole wheat pasta salad
S-Light string cheese

1320 Calories, 95 Carbs (70Net), 38 Fat, 110 Protein
100 oz water and vitamins

Hi all,

Still having trouble with this BOTT posting. I work nights, so I'm either posting after everyone else's day is over and I haven't completed my tasks yet or before everyone has begun and half of my day is already over. SIGH!

Cardio: once up and down 6 floors worth of stairs. (24 flights)

Food:

B:Cottage cheese and mixed berries
S:Toastee chee p/b crackers
L:Veggie omelet
S:String cheese
D:Mixed green salad w/chicken strips & tomato, lo-fat dressing
S:Lo-fat corn chips and salsa
