Have I got my day cut out for me.... baby shower (that I'm throwing), then 2 hour drive to a wedding (that I'm the phohographer for)...... hoooooo....

B - chili con carnet
S/L - baby shower brunch.... fruit and meatballs
D - Wedding fare... Chicken n veggies
S - more chilli if any;s left.

Sionnaigeal - You are a whirlwind!!!!! This is one of those rare days when I don't have to be anywhere or do anything. I love those days occasionally - I just stay in my nightgown and slippers all day. Since I won't be venturing forth into the world, my exercise will be 30 minuites of free step (which I speed up a little so I get in 4000 + steps) on WiiFit.
My food will be:
B- Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Health Valley Organic Double Choc Chip Granola Bar
S - Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
L - Asparagus soup
Stella D'oro Choc Breakfast Treats
D - What I want at the time that stays within my 1000 calorie/60-70 protein range
