I don't remember what I was in my last post but think I am hovering between 171-174. Was 173 this am and 172 a couple days ago. I'm ok with that but want to start losing. My exercise is up to 40 min. elliptical but can't quite seem to get food under control. Someone mentioned once one follows the other and I think that is true for me. So I keep "Climbing" that mountain. ..... love that new song from Mylie sp?? Cyrus.

I've always referred to my efforts at losing weight to like trying to climb an impossible mountain.  but a mountain is never impossible - mankind has conquered ALL mountains in this world, by preparation, perspiration and taking one step at a time.

I know you can do the same, and us fellow BOTTer's with you.  Let's climb that mountain together!

WOW good luck for the 5k tomorrow, and as I said in another reply - it's the clothes size that counts at the end of the day.

FINALLY!!!!! Down 2 lbs. What a relief. And you know the scarey stupid funny part?... its only because I actually started listening to my pouch, not my head..... I eat when I'm hungry, and I stop when I'm not hungry anymore. I find I'm eating ALOT less, and less frequently. And better food, for that matter.

Last week (ick) gotten up to 170 again.
This week - 168.
