Feels good to have a "piss & vinegar" day doesn't it!  You're a better person than I am - If I had a Saturday like that I can guarantee you I wouldn't squander it on cleaning my house LOL

I'm not going to post my food as I make a plan - then play with it on mydailyplate - but I do promise I'll not exceed my 1000 calories for the day.  Other than grocery shopping (Ugh!) my exercise will be climbing stairs - 7 flights.  More and more I'm ordering the non-perishable foods in quantity on line so I don't have to spend so much time grocery shopping - besides I was all the time finding something I liked, buying it, then when I ran out I couldn't remember where it was I found it.  (No - it could not possibly be "old age" - I once had a friend who said her "memory" was fine - it was just her "recall" she had a problem with)

Hope you are are having a glorious BOTT day.  We had rained predicted but the day has turned out to be beautiful.

Good day all.  Hope everyone is enjoying their day.  Mine is so far so good.  Still happy and still reporting to BOTT, this btw, keeps me on track!

Okay so last night dinner was light; I snacked on some turkey pepperoni, cheese, s/f pudding and had some sunflower seeds.  I know this is not healthy but I was feeling lazy and not very hungry but wanted to snack.  In any event, I didn’t kick myself behind this because I could have inhaled some not so good things, which will remain nameless in fear of temptation – lol.

So I got on the scale this morning as I do everything ( I need to do this to stay on track) and was happy that the scale read 169.5.  I’m not sure if this will last because I know the scale can be a tricky thing sometimes but my goal this week was to see the numbers come and stick in the 60’s so if I can get a consistent 169, that would be great but if not, I’m okay with that as well but all in all I have been doing good.

So today  in downed:

B – cottage cheese, boiled egg and some melon

S – nothing (good job for me because sometimes I feel the need to snack just because be it healthy or not)

L – had a bowl (small) of turkey chill and I was STUFFED – while I like the fact that I feel full, I have to admit that sometimes I feel afraid thinking that I overate which is not the case but now I’m starting to say to myself “dang, I should not have eaten that much" even though it’s not a lot.  I’ll work on this.  I’m still full but that’s good, which means light dinner and no snack.

D – not sure, since I plan to go home and clean my room (that will be today’s workout too – lol)

S – I have some soy crisps and s/f pudding on standby.

Oh yeah tomorrow is day #2 of week 1 of the couch to 5k so stay tuned.

**** and vinegar.... hmm.  You sound like me raring to go this morning.  I been sticking to my guns taking my meds two to three times a day and my body temp has dropped...I am freezing.
I am sitting at my desk at work wrapped in an electric blanket and gloves.
