Hey there all,

Today I started the first day of week one of the couch 2 5k and all I have to say is YOU CAN DO IT!! It was not bad at all.  Not sure what I will say later on during the program but as of  now, I see this as being something that I can do.  Thanks Genie for pointing me in this direction.

B - boiled egg, cottage cheese and melon
S - nothing
L - A salad w/sliced pork, a boiled egg and some brown rice) it was small and good and I felt full
S - maybe some soy crisps on my bus ride home.  I'm in LOVE with the ranch flavor
D - not sure yet - maybe some tuna
S - s/f pudding ( I was bad last night, I downed two of them)

Have a GREAT day all.

Okay Jen...I'll be glad when I can finally run my first 5K...and with this training of the Couch to 5K I know it won't be long....and I'm losing weight in the process!  Yeah!
