It feels so good to be back on track again!!!!!   I know, I could have stayed on track and felt good all along - but exercised my right to be human LOL

I'm trying my hand at selling some foods that I tasted at the obesity conference I attended last month.  I'm purchasing from a couple of companies.  I'm not looking to make a significant profit so everything is about 1/2 of their suggested retail prices.  Right now I've only ordered those things I like LOL  If anyone's interested, let me know how I can reach you individually.  Don't want folks on here to think I'm trying to use them.  I've ordered from one company already and the other is pending.

Committing to a BOTT food day for sure and will at least climb myy 7 flights of stairs.

Have a glorious BOTT day one and all

Hey BOTT,
Yes, being "Back On Track" and feeling good about myself is a wonderful thing.  I have fallen in love with my scale again.  When I first started my WL journey the scale would literally freak me out, have me depressed and crying, but over time I learned to deal with the plateaus and other setbacks.  I weigh myself everyday, and I have begun to journal again...why?  Whether the scale moves up or down I want to know what my body is doing, and I want to be keep tabs on where my emotions are when I falter.  While getting ready for work today Ia id out this outfit I had every intention on wearing.  I had purchased it earlier in the season, well the pants fit, but the top fell right off my shoulders and down to the floor  go Genie its not your birthday, but it feels damn good.  Okay enough of patting yourself on the back.

My menu today or should I say my plan for today....

You deserve a million pats on the back.  You've earned them!

Keep up the good habits - and your morale.  Reality can be such a pain in the rear! and, unfortunately plateaus are a reality,

Have a great BOTT day, my friend

I always forget to post on the day, I need to get better at making a meal plan for the day and sticking to it, its hard when you work from home and you can just go to the kitchen during break/lunch and grab stuff.

this is what I had yesterday:

~Pre-Breakfast 4am~ Coffee & more coffee

~Breakfast730a~ 2 eggs, biscuit & gravy (yes not a good choice)

~Snack 11a~Mocha Cappuccino Protein Latte

~Lunch3p~ 1 chicken leg with 1/4 cup of Dreamfield pasta

~Snack 5p~ Believe Chai latte (I couldn't wait for the next day)

~Dinner 730p~ ground meat w/beans

Not sure what my #'s look like but I'm sure the carbs are high because of the biscuit

Many Blessings
Linda
