Faced the scale

Well I did better for a bit yesterday and then the evening went to he__.

Did enjoy snacks of fruit and yogurt and a half a PB2 sand. but the rest I won't mention.

So the scale said I am holding steady since I only briefly saw 171 a couple weeks ago and this morning was 173 where I seem to default too quite often.... will try to weigh everyday as that motivates me sometimes.

The plan today:

yogurt, strawb, and flax meal with sweetener
more of above
cottage cheese and red and yellow pepper strips
orange slices and string cheese
Grilled steak with cheese melted on top and Worcestire sauce, steamed veggies
Click/chocolate protein shake

If I am nuts in between I will drink an Adkins shake, more veggies, and maybe a 100 cal pack of popcorn. Also Crystal lite and sugarfree jello.

10 min ab exercises and 35 min on elliptical, at least 64 oz water.
