Tuesday - BOTT Cardio and Cafe

Morning all!

Its kinda cloudy out but its supposed to be lovely later this afternoon. I think it's walk the track day here. Am also expecting Cathy to be back anytime, so this is likely my last appointed C&C for a while! Its been a blast and honor to be able to help all of you start your day and BOTT!

Cardio - Hit the track

B - Coffee and turkey taco on joseph's tortilla
L - Chicken Parm (no pasta)
S - Turkey taco on Joseph's tortilla
D - BBQ bonless pork ribs and broccoli

Morning!!

I'm doing well considering my central air is out and I'm having to stay at the in laws til tomorrow morning, til it's fixed. TO HOT at home for cardio, but YAYYY  hopefully tomorrow I may be able to get it in.  I have my foods here, but I have not pre-planned my day, I will post the rest as I eat...SO FAR

Good morning!

Exercise:

Made a pledge to myself last night to get up and go out for a walk first thing this morning (so I couldn't find excuses not to do it!) -- put in about 2.5 miles.

Food:

B -- Muscle Milk Light RTD
L -- Salad, soup and a few slices of a cheese quesadilla
S -- Protein shake
D -- Undecided
S -- Fresh fruit

I picked up The Beck Diet Solution  yesterday, and am looking forward to reading it to help with getting back on track.  Thanks to those of you who made mention of it in earlier posts!

It is hot and muggy here in Little Ole Delaware. You have done a great job in Cathy's absence. Hope she had a great vacation.

D-1 slice pizza /salad

Dominoes is having customer appreciation day. Large pizzas $4.99 . I think one piece will not hurt. Not my favorite so I can deal with it. I will get thin crust.  See you lighter. Joanne

Happy Tuesday all (dang, I wi**** was Friday - lol).  All is well and I'm still feeling GREAT and believe it or not,  get SO exicted when I get full after only eating a little bit. 

B - boiled egg, melon and cottage cheese
S - nothing
L - Cuban food - pork w/rice and beans (I ate hardling NONE of it - yaaaaaaaaaa the pouch is working)
S - I have some soy crisps, just in case
D - some more of my Cuban lunch.  It was GOOD

Already down 32 oz of water

I had a hectic day, but it was a good day.  Had two flat tires if you can believe that one and not I didn't run over a strip..picked up some nails...and I don't know from where.  R. A Strauss Auto wanted to charge me $47.00 to fix the darn things....NOT!  Went someplace else and them both fixed for $16.00 and didn't have to wait.  Well, so much for that.

CARDIO:  Personal trainer today 45mins
                  Treadmill - 15 mins @ 3.5mph
