I want to thank everyone that repied. I read about the high protein stuff, I also would like to add that I drink Soy Slender, it is a protein drink in a box after opening you keep it in the fridge. I really like it really low sugar and good source of protein. I sometimes add the vanilla kind to some milk and the chocolate I drink on it's own with ice. YUM. I can use all the advice I get and some kicks in the butt too. It has been a really hard last couple days and I haven't done too well, but at the same time didn't do too bad either, I guess. But now I had written down what was said. The walking and exercising is hard to do with all the health problems I have, but I can only try. Thank you everyone. I will be at my mom's for the next 2 days I'll be back on Thursday so I will talk to you all then. Love the new family here. Ann
Ann, Hope you have a great time at your mom's. Remember you will not be perfect everyday. Do your best everyday and be proud of what you do . Keep your head up high ! We all need a kick sometimes to jump start us again. Lord only knows I do. When I stay on track I feel so great about everything all day. It is like nothing can knock me down. What a great feeling!
