Hi Sion & BOTT Family,
I'm glad you had a good weekend and yes I'm one of the curious ones who would like to
know what a WAR WEEKEND entails.  Now I said I was going to post in the Cardio and Cafe
thread no matter what.

Cardio: 30 minutes on treadmill

And how was my eating today:

Hi Gang,
I haven't been willing to post my food, ex., or even weigh myself this week. Been grazing going to potlucks etc. I did go to gym for 20 min this morning but since I was dressed for work I did not push myself. Hope to get in a really good workout tomm. Not so sure about the food. Think I will try the 5 DPT starting Tues. I have a co-worker who is shrinking before my eyes. (She is my nemesis somewhat) So seeing her is motivating me but not sure it is positve as jealousy is not a good motivation.... but I hope I can turn it into something positive. I know I have to do this for myself but isn't a little competition good??? or am I just fooling myself.
