uh oh!!  Up 2lbs, but I expected it.  Have been on vacation, and staying with family, so have not been eating right.  Am glad it wasn't more than that.

BOTTing this week with total focus.

Cutting back on carbs has helped -- as of this morning, down 2.2 lbs. since Monday.  :)  I really need to get back on the exercise bandwagon (haven't done anything since Wed) -- gonna get back at it!  :)

when i do carbs look out hunger when i stay on protein,hunger is much less so i am trying to think to reach my goal i need to eat protein and leave those darn carbs alone.Good luck to me,next week.
