Isopure zero carb read to Drinks. These are clear liquid protein drinks that come in a variety of fruity flavors. They are the best I have tasted. They are lactose free, and sweetened with sucralose. The protein source in these whey isolate, which is the most bioavaliable to our bodies.  My only complaints about these is that they leave my mouth a little dry. I would highly recommend these.

Nut Stats

45 mg potassiium

Isopure makes a couple of other products including powdered protein shake mix, but I have not tried these.

I use Unjury.  I have met the creators of this protein and have tried several flavors.  It is a very fine powder and mixes well.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Hi, Melanie:

You have had some great recommendations on here already, but I will throw in my two cents worth:

Isopure bottled drinks -- I agree -- they are good over ice (nice and cold) and give you a lot of good protein.

Muscle Milk Light Ready to Drink -- I have had several flavors, but the one I keep going back to is the chocolate.  I keep them in the refrigerator, and take them with me when I am on the run.  Great source of protein, tasty and easy!

Unjury -- (www.unjury.com) Great protein mix that mixes well and all the flavors they offer are great, in my opinion.  I even use the chocolate to make protein balls...they taste great! :)

Hope that helps!

I'm an Unjury fan as well.  Best tasting protein powder I have ever tried.  My favorite is to add the chocolate flavor to coffee.  The trick is to mix the chocolate powder with a little lukewarm or cold milk or water, THEN mix it into your hot coffee.  if you mix the protein powder directly into hot liquid, it forms these rubber-like balls that are not appetizing.

I also like their unflavored powder mixed with any of the Crystal Light flavors, or the vanila powder mixed with Orange Sunrise Crystal Light.

Best of luck to you!
