Don't know what a WAR WEEKEND is but I hope you enjoy yourself.  Getting back on track today, ONE DAY AT A TIME, and I also plan to get in some much needed CARDIO and weight training. It's going to be a beautiful day here in the city of Brotherly Love and I hope to use it to my advantage.  I want to participate in the annual Broad Street Run here in Philadelphia next year, so I'm going to start training with the Couch to 5K program...give me some incentive to get back to basics and exercising like I use too.

I've got a yellow polka-dot bikini that I'm just dieing to get into...believe that one and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge.  If they see me in a bikini I'll be hitting BOTT up for some bail money...its called indecent exposure!

Good afternoon all,

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, I know I am.  LOL @ Dreamgirl and her polka dot bikini and selling the BK bridge.  Girl let me tell ya, when i first dropped the weight, I did put on a two piece and didn't care who was looking or who got sick - LOL.

In any event, I love the humor and great spirits of this forum and so VERY happy that I decided to join.

Today I started off early, had some errands to run but happy to report that I feel good that I'm on track.

B:  French Vanilla coffee w/skim milk from DD
L:  some ranch soy chips and water melon (not the best lunch but seeing that I missed breakfast, I had to grab something and happy that I didn't stop at someone fast food restaurant.
D:  Salmon and some squash or the chicken cesar salad that i brought for lunch and didn't eat not sure but either way it will be small, healthy and good protein
S:  hmmmmmm if I'm hungry probaby s/f pudding or a protein bar

I haven't OD'd on water as yet but will make up for it soon :o).

Have a great day all
