Good day all, I'm HAPPY that it's FRIDAY!!!! (can ya see me dancining - lol).
In any event, I wanted to post that as with yesterday, my pouch has reminded me that it is still alive and KICKING! After having a very small lunch, I got full quick and I'm VERY happy. This has allowed me to realize that I have NOT been paying attention to my body over the past few years as I have gained the extra 30/37 pounds.
B - a few spoons of cottage cheese w/melon and a boiled egg
L - a piece of salmon with a few chucks of chicken (this was to be a salad but I just opt for the meat (protein)
D - not sure yet but maybe I will have chicken or tuna.
S - I have my cheese stick and s/f pudding handy just in case :o).
water - haven't had any yet but I have my 32 oz of water w/crystal light right in front of me and plan on down two of these before I leave the office for home.
BTW, I got on the scale this morning and I'm down 3lbs.
