Morning all, its FRIDAY! WOOOOOO!

That means WAR WEEKEND time! Time to go get geeky with my geeky friends all weekend. That also means I won't be able to post the daily C&C on Sunday. I'll post Saturday's before I leave work at 6 tonight, so if someone could hijack Sunday that'd be perfect. I'm REALLY excited for this game, last spring event of the season. I have such things planned.

Cardio - Will be runnin amok in the woods tonight

Food -

B - Left over Cal Tex
L - I think we're ordering out chinese... likely Kung Po Chicken (SO GOOD and good for you)
S - Some more of that.
D - Some more of that.

I'm trying not to get too bombed out today.  The scale went up 0.8.... it had been going down 0.6 for the last 3 days.  Granted, I didn't get to exercise yesterday and I could have added more liquids, but darn!!!

CARDIO TODAY:  90 minutes of water aerobics and lap swimming (DONE)
  plus I'm going Salsa dancing tonight... the scale better move in the right direction tomorrow!!! :)

FOOD:

Breakfast:  Tilpia/Applesauce
Lunch:         Chili
Dinner:       Unwich
Snack:        1 Egg omelette w/cheese
                     Monster Energy Drink

I hope you have FUN this weekend, sounds like it will be.  I have my daughter's 10th birthday party tomorrow, then I'm hoping we can go visit my parents at the lake where they are camping Sunday. I lost 1 pound from yesterday til today doing Liquid protein, so I will do the same today.

My day as follows:

Cardio: NONE, My AC is out and it's to hot to run/walk on the treadmill


B- Choc./Peanut Butter Protein Shake (39 grams Protein)
L- Carb Master Yogurt/ Cottage Cheese (14 Grams Protein)
S- EAS Myoplex Choc. Fudge Protein Shake (20 Grams Protein)
D- Carb Master Yogurt (12 grams Protein)
S- 1/2 Cup unsweetened Applesauce

Totals:
Calories: 972
Carbs: Net 62
Sugar:37
Fiber: 23
Protein:106


Offcourse hopefully 60 Oz Chrystal  Light( with 12g benefiber) through out the day.

Welcome!  Yeah, the lingo on these sites can be a little confusing.  The initials mean:

B -- Breakfast
S -- Snack
L --  Lunch
S -- Snack
D -- Dinner
S -- Snack

It just gets to be easier to shorten the words!  :)

Yes, its TGIF and weekends are my worst times.  I also found out that KashiGoLean Honey Almond Crunch cereal is sinful and lethal.  Nobody can eat just 1 cupful, and being that I'm Lactose intolerant about just sitting down with the box and munching away!  Just a MESSED UP DAY!

So my menu included:
B - 2 sl Turkey Bacon w/ eggs & Coffee
S -  Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Flax (almost the whole box)
L -  Grilled Chicken Salad
D - ????

No Cardio today
