Friday Reflections! Summer's Can Do Plan!

Hey BOTT's,

Yep it's that time, Summer Time    Now is a good time to Assess, Commit, Review and Follow Through.

Forget all the other lists, and failed goals and wipe the slate clean.  Let's Rock It this summer.  Take your choices for change this summer and make them a challenge.


Assessment:  Where are you at and why?


** Where are you now?
**What do you desire?
**What are the forces at play that may stop you?

Commitment:  Develop an Action Plan!


**What  life changes are  you willing to embrace?
**Who will be involved in supporting your action plan?
**When will you start and and keep a log and check off system so you can see your progress!
**Where will you be at the end of summer?  Visualize where you want to be come fall.
**How will you stay motivated?  How will you track your progress?  How will you celebrate?  **How will I act on and support my choices?

Feedback:  Work the Plan, Observe the Results!


**From the moment you begin, begin your feedback to yourself on a weekly basis.
**What's working and what is not?
**What could be better?
**What is next?  Are things getting easier or are you getting bored? 


People who are successful in setting, reaching and following through with their goals have a certain degree of resiliency.  And one of the components of being resilient is noticing  that a challenge or obstacle is only that - a bump in the road.

Me too...I plan on taking a look at what is working and what is not, but most importantly have fun doing it.

I love summer because we are out and moving and doing fun things and don't feel we are "exercising".  We also, can eat better with all the fruits and veggies and when it's really hot don't feel like eating like in the winter.
