Retirement party

The staff at work gave me a surpise retirement party today. They told me I was wanted in the directors office. When I went out he said I just wanted to show you something.  He opened the door and there was all my co-workers with lots and lots of food. Plus 2 cakes. I wish I had known so I wouldn't of ate lunch. I did eat 2 wingettes, 3 wheatables with cheese and I shared a small piece of cake with someone.  This knocks me off my plan. I will not beat myself up. I will eat light tonight and get right back on track. See you lighter. Joanne

It shows how much they care about you to have gone to all that. You did well and in no way desearve to "beat yourself up".
